This house was such a find for us. The neighbours are lovely; there is a community feel, and we stop for a chat in the street. And everyone parks outside their own homes –– there’s always a space.

We love living so close to West Ham Park, with its beautiful flower gardens and tennis courts. It’s convenient being close to Maryland station with the Elizabeth Line, so you can easily nip into town.

It’s a great spot, with Westfield on one side for everything we might need (and then some), plus Forest Gate on the other side, for indie shops and bakeries. Our favourite places to eat are Sawmill for coffee and great Greek food, Koi Sushi Garden and Singburi for the best Thai.

And the brand new Elizabeth line from nearby Maryland gives direct and speedy access across the city.

Neighbouring green spaces are home to modern iconic sights such as the ArcellorMittal Orbit in the Olympic Park and the ‘Pringle’ Lee Valley Velopark. And a thriving arts scene, including the Theatre Royal, will keep you busy, as will shopping till you drop at Westfield shopping centre.
