BRICKWORKS SAYS

If you’re after buzzy London living, this two-bedroom, purpose-built flat - mere moments from Clissold Park - could be just the ticket. The bright, top-floor apartment has large windows and original fanlights, allowing light to flood in from all angles, with warm wooden floorboards underfoot.

Internally, the large living room (with space for a dining table), separate kitchen, and small - but functional - office area in the hallway provide plenty of living space to be creative with. Add two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, extra storage in the loft above and a private garage, and it's easy to understand why this home ticks a lot of boxes. The neutral colour scheme with pops of green and blue is a calming backdrop while providing a potential blank canvas.

But the pièce de résistance has to be the location. Sandwiched between Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park and Highbury, the flat has some of North London’s best transport links, restaurants and parks on its doorstep, from Fink’s Salt & Sweet deli and the lush Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve to the mega transport hub of Finsbury Park, getting you into Kings Cross in just six minutes.

THE OWNERS SAY

When we first saw the flat, we immediately loved the location moments from Clissold Park. And living here hasn't disappointed us. We've loved strolling along Church Street on the weekend and checking out the local pubs around Blackstock Road – there is so much to do on your doorstep.

The flat is incredibly well connected (a short walk to Finsbury Park, Arsenal, Canonbury, etc), and the local produce shops (Finks, greengrocers) are excellent.

It’s also really quiet – surprisingly so as it's in the thick of the action – particularly the back bedroom, and it’s super light in all the rooms, which is really good for the plants! Having a separate kitchen and living room has been great, offering different spaces when working from home. Plus, a loft and garage are available for excellent storage and off-road gated parking.
