THE OWNERS SAY
Derbin Court was our first home together and we loved living here. There’s nothing better than a lazy morning enjoying the sun in the living room—closely followed by brunch in one of the amazing cafes nearby. With Church Street and Highbury Village just a short stroll away, we often find ourselves not leaving the area the whole weekend.
Another bonus: the outdoor spaces. There are so many opportunities for exercise in one of the nearby parks, and the East and West Reservoir are hidden gems. We used to take walks or go paddle boarding there after work.
