The location of this flat is truly special. Hidden away at the end of the road, only a 5 minute from the tube station, you wouldn’t expect to find such a peaceful and serene outdoor area.

We are lucky enough to have a terrace that spans the full length of the flat, with French doors leading outside from every room. The terrace looks out over a quiet, green residential cul-de-sac with little to no noise. This really is a rare find for a London flat.

In the mornings we love opening both doors from the bedroom, letting the light flood in and enjoying a coffee with little to no noise other than the birds. The location of the flat feels safe, quiet, and private, while still being so well connected on the Northern line. It really is our little sanctuary.

We also love our kitchen, which we designed and built to be exactly the way we wanted. We wish we could take it with us!
