What we love about this place is how open and large it feels. From the moment you walk in up the stairs you’re greeted by a tall window flooding the space with light. The open-plan nature of the living areas only adds to this and with two very large double bedrooms and ample bathroom, there really is no. compromise on proportions.
The staircase up into the converted loft space takes you to the stunning master bedroom, which has to be our favourite spot. Both romantic and practical in equal measure, this is a perfect two bedroom property to call home.
THE OWNERS SAY
This is such a great neighbourhood. We know all of our neighbours and everybody helps each other out with real community spirit. Bake Street cafe is a 2 minute walk and is an undiscovered gem - it genuinely has the best coffee, pastries and brunch in all of Stoke Newington, and with Rectory Road station a 4 minute walk away, you can be in Liverpool St station in just 15 minutes.
We’ve absolutely loved living here for the past six years and will be staying locally we hope; only making the move as our family expands.

There are three flats in the building all share of freehold and with very long leases. Both other flats are owner occupied by young professionals and there’s a management company which deals with works required as and when. There is no service charge or ground rent.
Over the years and in order to create the wonderful space that currently exists, the owners have reconfigured the kitchen-living area; installed a new boiler, new kitchen, new bathroom, high-spec sound-proofing and wooden floors. There is also a new reg-compliant electric board and they are in the process of installing a fire curtain. This has already been paid for and a building application notice has been lodged with Hackney Council. This will be signed off at the end of the summer.
